I currently rent there even though I have not been allowed entry into my unit for the last 6 wks.!!. The bldgs. are old & not routinely maintained. I am told the big roll up door is STUCK because a box has fallen up against the doors track!!!!! Speaking to the owner (after threatening to get my attorney involved) he was VERY dismissive & rude telling me he will have his "crew" come out charging me $14.00 an hr.!!!!! The owner said it was an "extensive job" repairing the door!!!! I have run out of time this wk. because I am preparing for surgery, disabled & this is Horrible because I must pay them or they will Auction off my goods, even though I cannot open the door!!!!! I feel HELD CAPTIVE. The onsite mgr offered me the next unit "off the record"--but that does not solve my lack of entry to my unit with all of my household goods. He was to schedule the crew out -I waited a wk. he NEVER called then later lied to the owner saying I never showed up!!! Time has passed now I must wait until after my surgery. BEWARE of this Company!!!!!!
This place ain't what it seem. The camera is only at the gate and someone broke into my unit. The doors are always messed up and it takes weeks before someone comes to fix it
