The staff was very helpful, units were clean, they asked if we wanted bottled water or coffee, they even loaned us furniture dollies and a hand truck! Great place and good people

my name is Nolan i'm 16 years old and I live in Warner Robins Georgia where little house storage is located I'm writing this review to warn you all that little house storage will ROB YOU they gave my mother a lock because she only needed the storage unit for a temporary amount of time and the lock they gave her we recognized because we have another storage unit in another state and when they gave us the lock they only gave us 1 key but because we have the same lock at our other storage we noticed that we should have gotten two keys but we didn't think anything of it three days after we moved things into the storage me and my mom decided to get something out of it and when we arrived everything looked normal meaning the door was closed the lock was on and everything when my mom stepped in side the storage she noticed boxes weren't where she left them then she noticed that a TV we had in there had gone missing and the only way that it was possible for that to happen is if you had a key to get in and we only had on key and little house storage had the other key so when we went to report it the lady at the front desk said that it would take 7 minutes to review the footage but when we called the police she told them that the time was off and that she would send it in so 2 to 3 weeks later after we bought our own lock my step-dad decided that he would drop by the storage unit while he was around it and when he pulled up our storage was broken into AGAIN this time they took EVERYTHING including my ALL my moms shoes except two and took our appliances for the new house we were moving to they left us with NOTHING but things they broken MY MOM HAS NOTHING LEFT BUT HER SOUL everything we have that was valuable is missing or broken so DO NOT USE LITTLE HOUSE STORAGE! THEY WILL ROB YOU

This storage has robbed me blind there is no doubt in my mind that the ppl that work here has everything to do with the fact that my storage has be broken into, but not once but twice within a 2 week period. God don't like ugly. I just want to know how is it possible that you can knowingly steal from a single mom and her 6 children everything that they possibly can own.... washer , dyer, freezer, all our shoes, games, tablets, all my medication, my college books and bookbag, tv's, and just so much more I just can't wrap my mind around this at all.
