Very careless about things. I had a lock on my storage unit as if I hadnt paid & I did. Took them a WEEK to take it off.
The worst run business I've ever worked with. Had a unit with them for 3 years and they wouldn't help me get into the unit after loosing the key. No locksmith would help without paper work saying that we leased the unit and they don't put the unit number on monthly statements. GO SOME WHERE ELSE!!!
Only good thing about them is their prices.
I've had a storage here for years and havent had any issues. When I lost my key, they helped me get back in my storage. No complaints.
I moved from ATL to the WR area about 2 years ago and since we were combining two households, we needed more space. Looking around from a distance was not easy. I checked out online reviews and when I finally got to the city, I went around to look at locations. A few on Moody had bad reviews of break-ins (so they were out). I found Southside Side Storage to be clean, open but secure, and great rates. The manager was helpful and friendly (not so much as the weekend woman on duty - now she is rude and not very helpful even when asking a simple question - but Ed made up for her rudeness). I am now moving my thing out of the storage facility as we no longer need the extra space but I am pleased that I was able to find a space that was affordable, clean and safe.
& they were mailing my billing statements to,my house with another name on it. What if I didnt stay there? Someone else would have been opening my mail. I spoke with the lady,in the office TWICE about & nothing ever got done.
