The employees are really friendly, they’re just soooo sloooowwwwww!
Customer service is great but they need help with actually cooking the food! Sat in line for 20 mins to get my order wrong and have to wait again but then hotdogs were old, bread was hard, and threw together in a to go box!
First let me start off by saying I never review anything and this is my first time. I felt it was necessary to save others. Waited forever for our food. Tried getting the attention of the woman in the window at the drive thru by waving and honking. Instead of helping us she looked at us and started laughing. Finally got out food and asked for a ranch for our spicy chicken sandwich. She said that they charge extra for a ranch. I would think it's pretty common that people put ranch on their spicy chicken and would not have to pay more for their subpar food. Oh yea, they gave us regular chicken sandwiches, not spicy as well lol.... So horrible experience, I wish I would have read the reviews before going. Horrible customer service. Food was cold when I got it. The fries were under cooked and all soggy. The burgers had burnt bacon and burnt burgers on a soggy and gooey bun...hopefully they will get it together bc this was my first time at Krystals and it will be my last.
Orders 6 double Krystal's 3 with no onions 3 with no mustard and 4 cheese Krystal's asked the lady dropped off the order at my vehicle all burgers are in the bag and repeated my order she replied yes and repeated the order back got home to no regular burgers...none they just weren't there. When I had to drive back across town they wouldn't even refund me. Will not be going to this restaurant again terrible service and unknowledgeable about what they are making and serving.
Not sure who one of your drive through employees is but she is very rude, was trying to order my food and she was just absolutely rude when I was trying to do so, told her to forget the order left and went to the Krystal's across town! I'm big when it comes to customer service
