The only reason I give stars at all was because of the lady who took my order in the drive thru. The food was cold, the fries were crumbs, the drinks had soda running down the sides of them, and after the food was handed to me, the woman just closed the window. A "Have a nice day" would have been polite! I will go to the one on Houston Lake & Watson from now on. This is the 3rd time I've gotten crappy service.
Greeted as we entered the door by a bright smiling face behind the counter. Order taken immediately and food prepared fresh and quick. Had not been to this location in quite some time due to what I would call very poor service and interaction by the staff. Wow.. what a difference today. All staff were super friendly and professional. Thanks Hardees, I'll be back, soon.
Very slow service for a non crowded fast food place at lunch time. Now I know why it was not crowded.

They're always very nice and fast ..I get breakfast for my employees on the weekend they have my order ready when I get there.. when I call ahead
