My sons love this place! It is always super clean and the staff are attentive for the most part. I feel safe even if one of my sons gets out of eyesight because there is a staff member at the door who checks bands and ID numbers. Only constructive criticism is that there be a healthy food option, a simple sandwich or maybe allow outside snacks with purchase of drink etc.
The place is clean and the kids have a great time. The food is not good at all. The nuggets were disgusting and the pizza is not good either. Been to 3 birthday parties in the last week and the kids wouldn’t even eat the pizza. They should go back to getting the pizza from Marcos next door to them.
Very pricey for only 3 bounce options. More seating space than bouncers. Also, the party options do not include pitchers of drinks, so the staff has to run back and forth with the kids drink cups, probably mixing them up in the process...just no thank you. My son loved it, however, not enough bang for buck.
The play area is very clean. There are multiple areas to play and explore so it kept my son interested and entertained for hours. The food from the cafe is reasonably priced. It's a great indoor option for a cold, hot, or rainy day.
Not a big fan. Nothing's changed since it opened years ago. Food is processed junk. Kids get some sort of cold after every visit. Cool the first hour, don't eat, and wash your hands good.
