Didn't have a single truck on my moving day that I reserved over a week in advance.
Reserved a truck a week in advance, called the day of to double check and was confirmed to pick up the truck in the afternoon. They called 30 minutes before pick up saying truck was not there. So frustrated!
DO Not Use these people
We rented a truck from Louisville Kentucky, and drove down to Georgia. We returned the truck with just as much gas as when we received it, which was half a tank. The man working gave us a little bit of a hard time about it and said that would be a $30 service fee unless we filled it up all the way. We were able to call the people in Louisville and have them straighten it out with him and it was smooth sailing from there.
I know did not plan ahead of time for my move; however, Budget provided me with a new truck and an accommodating fee. I do not have a lot of experience driving such a large vehicle but it was a smooth ride. Thank you Warner Robins Budget Truck Rental.
Did not have the truck when I reserved it. He called AFTER the pickup time and was incredibly rude. He refused to accept any responsibility for his failure and hung up on me when I asked him to try calling around to see if any were available in the area.
