Fantastic customer service on both of our visits. Although the phones didn't work out, they were polite and extremely patient during the return process. I would definitely go back there in the future. Thanks!
When I walked in, the atmosphere was not welcoming. There was three employees on the floor. One of them I assumed was a manager, who was “too busy” to say hello or anything. I waited to be assisted. There was a woman in a brown “Bebe” spaghetti strapped tank top, who I worked there. That was a turn off. I then heard the manager say to another employee who just came out from out back “That guy needs to be helped.”
I hope this does not foreshadow how my experience with T-Mobile is going to be. I just know to avoid that store in Warner Robins, even if they do have a king, by the name of Chance, that works there.
This store has the worst customer service I have ever seen. I would rather drive to Macon than deal with them. I called twice to speak to a manager about there customer service and they put me on hold and never came back to the phone.
I was assisted by Chance. I was switching three lines over from Verizon. I could tell by the look in his eye that he was excited for that (I worked for a cell carrier before)... new lines were king. I gotta tell you, I wasn’t impressed with Chance. No personality. Didn’t set up my account the right way and was quick to push me out the door. What was even more ANNOYING was his co-worker wanting to take a Snapchat pic of him and her and he stopped mind transaction to take the picture twice, because the first one did not come out the way she wanted to. He liked the second one because he had a crown in that picture and as he stated, he wears a crown because he is the king.
They will sell you a garbage phone, and when it has a manufacturer defect, they will leave you on your own. Don't waste your time and money
Not the fastest, but I've never had what I would call a bad visit. The staff are generally friendly.
