Store & personnel were great! But down grade to 4 because they only had expensive case and screen protectors. They weren't cute must buy items. 2 things you should buy when you get new phone . I had to go else where to buy

We bought 3 phones two days ago on a new plan. We got 2 iPhone 7+ and a iPhone 6 for our son. Our representative Ajee was great but they were slow. However I was fine with that, the problem was two days my son was doing an update and got locked out of his phone. We go to the store and they're like we can't help you, you need to go to the Apple Store in Macon. For your information there's no Apple Store in macon and it's called simply mac. And they charge you 19.99 to unlock your phone . It's seems that the people in charge of these stores could careless about returning customers as long as they get their business initially
I'll admit, I'm spoiled by my local at&t store. However, being in WR and needing a sim card replacement brought me in to this shop. I had to wait probably 20 minutes, but the people were friendly and helpful. Nice shop too.
