Great customer service I bought a expensive sercurity camera system. Found out it wasn't what I wanted so I took it back an as usual they refunded the money. I went home and counted it saw I was missing a few dollars. So I went back to customer service an explain what had happened they said they were sorry. And went back and counted the money that was in that cash register, saw that there was a miss count an had no problem refunding the money that they had miss counted. These people are great if you need any elebctrics I suggest best buy they will give you the best service!!
Had dinner with our son and his fiance, it was really enjoyable. Can't go wrong with a chef salad and sweet tea.
Would not recommend this store to my worst enemy! Went in to purchase a laptop and printer; waited for 20 minutes before the girl even looked up from her personal conversation to say " I'll be right with you". I waited another 30 minutes while she chatted away with her friend while always looking at me. Went elsewhere and received wonderful service and purchased what I wanted at an even better price! The associate's lack of professionalism cost Best Buy a $2000 sale. Best Buy in Warner Robins is not worthy of anyone's time and money.
The worst best buy ever. not one employee would help me, sent me back and forth five times before I gave up trying to buy anything and left
