No customer service skills at the front desk. Like Hello or to answer a question! It was my first visit and last .They have a bell you have to ring to inter what /why? No where to set or hang things like purse when taking weight .Examination rooms are really small . I did like the Dr I seen but that was all liked about my visit. Still waiting on Crystal to send paper work to insurance company referral for Othro appt and I was on Tuesday it's Thursday so maybe by Friday . I called today 2 times and no call back and middle ga ortho called as well. It would be nice if someone cared about doing there jobs without the patient having to ask them .
The staff a nd doctors are all very accommodating. They go above and beyond.
