Absolutely horrible. Dr didn't even check my eyes. Everything is done by assistants. Didn't give me my prescription. Used to be good, but not anymore.
Bad experience with a receptionist who was rude
My husband and I had a problem with my husband's medicine and we didn't know what to do so we called and asked for Anna who we had spoken to before at a previous visit. She was so very nice and helpful and was able to resolve our problem. Thank you for such a special employee and thank her for all her help.
I had my first appointment here yesterday, (June 21, 2017). A very good experience from beginning to end. Receptionist was professional, and personable. Kimberly, Hannah, Denise, Heather, (one other whose name I failed to get), and Dr. Minix were all awesome!
I had cataract surgery with follow up YAG and have been pleased with the results. All of the staff is friendly and helpful. Recently I had what turned out to be emergency retina problems and they bent over backwards getting me in to a specialist in Macon right away. My doctor was actually texting someone there in front of me. I drive an hour and a half to get to this center because I'm so picky about my eyes.
