Bad: DOUBLE BED ROOMS COME WITH FULL SIZED BEDS, NOT QUEEN!!!! The hotel is two floors with no elevator or no pool. The a/c will cool but seem a lil small for the rooms we had.
Checked in Thurs everything was well... Room service came at 9 am.. Trying to clean ..told them we was just getting up give us 40 min and you can come back to clean... We got dressed ran to get breakfast and came back room still was not cleaned... Went to front desk told them room was not clean and that we will leave again and come back. We stayed gone for 8 hrs.. Came back nothing was done.. The next morning we talked to manger and he had snotty attitude and told us all he could do for us is take 7 dollars off... Very bad experience
Room was comfortable. Did not get cleaned or clean towels or toilet paper after first nite. Desk staff was courteous and friendly. Rates were ok. Sex addict was in next room. Ugh.....
I booked a room for this hotel on October 23rd for a king sized suite for November 3rd and 4th. I got the confirmation email shortly after. I arrived at the hotel on the 3rd to check in and was told that my reservation couldn't be found. I showed my email and was told the email "looked strange." I asked if the sender address was correct and I was told it was. The guy at the desk continued to search and eventually found my reservation and told me I'd "canceled it", but he'd give me a double queen bed for the same price. I never received an email saying that it was canceled and I, of course never canceled it. After he swiped my card, he gave me the receipt which was greater than what I was initially quoted. After returning home to my laptop, I realized that the price I was initially given left off tax and state fees. When I looked online, the current bookings included it. My assumption is that there was a glitch in the system and rather than telling me, they canceled my reservation and gave me the run around when I arrived. Not staying here again.
Good: The hotel is nice and clean. The place is up to date, not dated. Breakfast bar is good for hotel. Huge mirror on closet door, nice two head shower. Quick service. Plenty lighted parking.
Nice clean rooms. Comfortable beds and pillows. Close to Robins AFB. Close to eating establishments. The only thing I did not care for was the desk chair (cloth not easy to clean) wouild recommend leather desk chairs. Great friendly staff.
