Overall our stay was good. The front desk clerk Rachel was really helpful and accommodating
Stayed here a week in October, 2017 and we were very pleased with the room and facilities. The room was spacious and free of any hint of smoke odor, the bed was very comfortable and the cleaning staff did a great job every single day. The other occupants in the hotel seemed to be respectful as I have no noise complaints whatsoever.
It would have been nice if the pool had still be open as it was like 90°F+ but I understand that the times are probably set by the corporate headquarters.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable stay in Warner Robins.
It was in a great location. Easy access to a lot of things and places. But it smelled like smoke in non smoking rooms. Had to air the rooms out.
Breakfast is served a little early for my taste, but we usually managed to make it down to the buffet on time and the receptionist on duty at the end of breakfast was always pleasant and very friendly.
This is my second time staying here and both stays were great! Nice, clean comfortable rooms with ample space to relax, comfortable beds, and great breakfast. Very close to stores.
Hotel is conveniently located, plenty of shops and restaurants around. That's the only real positive I can say about this place. Rooms seem to be in the process of being remodeled although workmanship is poorly done. The mattress cover was noticeably stained brown, in what appears to be coffee (I hope!). Took photos per the front desks request but never got a response back. Original reservation was for a king bed with pull out sofa, but there was no sofa. Requested a cot but of course was told that would cost extra. Made the hotel aware of 2 pets during the reservation, but the staff claimed they were never told. Because of that the $10 per pet fee was increased to $15.
