The worst customer experience you will ever face here! Please take my advice and save yourself the headache and take your hard earned money to another cleaners as I will from now on.
I took my ABU to get the stripes, nametapes, and badge sewed on. I tried to explain to her where the measurements. She RUDELY cut me off, and said, "I KNOW! I KNOW"!! When I picked them up, the nametapes were 1/2 inch above the pockets. The stripes were 3 inches down from the inseam!! ALL WRONG! I told her the name tapes should be right above the pockets, no space and the stripes should be centered on the outer arm halfway between the elbow and shoulder seam. She looked at me like I was wrong. When I went back to pick up my top, the tapes and badges were affixed with a safety pin!! She said she forgot what side they went on!!! I said I THOUGHT YOU KNEW?? I explained again. The next day, she fixed the tapes, and put the badge right on top of the US Air Force tape, NO SPACE!! She I thought they all were flushed? 45 mins later, she fixed the badge, stripes are still SUPER high. I couldn't deal anymore! I will go onbase from now on!!
This lady decided to fuss at ME, the paying customer, because I gave them another chance to get a small Spaghetti stain out in which from the first time I dropped it off it looked like they didn't even try to wash it; The stain had not even faded a little bit for God sake!! When I came back in 4days, the stain WAS out, but she slam my shirt on the rack and begin to shot at me because they had to go over the shirt 3 time to get the stain out which I showed her the first time I dropped it off. It is not the customers fault you did not charge me the right price the first time AND actually had to do work the get a simple (no bigger round than a penny) stain out. This lady is the worst face of a business that one could have. Even the ladies sitting outside who worked at the other business who heard us said I was not the first customer with a problem with her... She is killing this company and needs to find something else to do other than public service. I was a weekly customer, and will never return as long as she is their.
Horrible customer service, dropped my clothes at the cleaners and received a ticket for $56.15 and when I returned to pick up my clothes the price was $70.55. Wife claims that her husband forgot, that's not acceptable. Do not ever use this company!
