This is my first time here, very clean place, lots of machines, there is a vending machine for snacks and for cleaning detergent, and the MOST IMPORTANT, is the high level customer service, the manager their (his name is Roger) is very nice, very helpful and very ready to assist you,
Quiet and clean machines both drier and washers and moat especially the restroom and surroundings.
They have wash and fold and it is a nice clean place. Mexican Restaurant very close.
Overall, I would go again but only if an actual attendant was there and capable of resolving these types of issues.

We went during the early afternoon and had plenty of access to washers and dryers. The location was clean, well lit, and had a customer bathroom. The change machines give up to $20 bills and they have vending machines for snacks and for washing needs.
The overwhelming reason the experience rates poorly is because one of the large machines we tried to use stopped registering the quarters. It kept flashing $2 left so we moved to a different machine. There was no attendant even though it was within hours posted on the wall. There was also no refund cards or instructions for getting reimbursed which was also posted on the wall. We probably lost between $2 - 3 and by the time we left the machine had reset and it appears someone else had tried to use it as well but we were not able to warn them.
