I had 3 dress shirts taken in on the sides. Work was great. Left a 5th star off because I was a little shocked on the sticker price. 3 shirts and then have them pressed was $60. Seemed steep to me.
The other two reviewers are obviously friend/family of the owner. Now for a legit review. I went in with my coat, it needed a couple buttons fixed and to be cleaned. The front of the building says, Hangers CLEANERS, in large, bold letters. Great, I thought, fix my coat and get it cleaned up, it is a few years old and has gathered some lint and other dirtiness. Take it in on a Monday, told to come back on a Wednesday. Come back Wednesday, look at coat, there's still tons of lint and dirtiness on it. Umm, aren't you supposed to be a cleaner? I pointed out the lack of actual cleaning done to the owner, Jenny Kim. Her response was, "You should take better care of your clothes." Uhh, lady, if I did, you'd be out of a job because I wouldn't be in your CLEANING store to TRYING TO GIVE YOU MY MONEY to clean my coat. All sassiness aside, I was told to come back Friday. 5 business days to get a coat cleaned, mind you. When I did go by later, the coat did actually look cleaned, not perfect, but much better. Overall, a poor experience for a simple job. If a major function of your store isn't to clean, take cleaning out of your name.
