Associates are absolutely NO help with any of their products, and they don't even know how to properly ring people up. Frustrating experience every time, for years i only go when I absolutely have to, for example when I need something right away and cannot wait for shipping.
Too expensive, some of the same exact toys can be found at other places for about $30 cheaper.
Friendly staff with thousands of toys to choose from. I even saw the child in some adults come out in here by getting excited when seeing certain toys.
Tasha Fisher was amazing handle a very complicated situation and made it a wonderful experience!!! She was professional, kind hearted, respectful and about business. I genuinely appreciate everything she did for me! She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and it is an experience I will never forget! Thank you again soooo much!!!
