I had to go to the register to get someone to help me. The young man (Jacob) assured me he would come in a minute and did as promised. He was very helpful. Were it not for him I would have left.
Fantastic. Went in just to look and fell in love with a little kitty. The people are friendly and helpful. Clean and easy to find what you need. I can warmly recommend this PetSmart!

Groomer did a beautiful job on our dog Max I would recommend PetSmart grooming do anybody that needs their dogs groomed
I give them no stars even though I like the cut they did on my Maltese. My poor dog never had this many fleas in her life. I never seen more than one or two even when she had long hair. She came back from here and now she has so many fleas. Giving her baths with flea shampoo flea collar and those flea drops and she still has lots for them its stressing me out. Now i have to buy more stuff to try and get rid of them and hope it work or Im taking her to the vet. I never had this big of a problem with fleas ever!
