They didn't have the laces I need for my Timberlands.
I love their service. Their prices are good, but their service is top notch. We've been buying from them since they opened. In that time, I've only had problems with two pairs of shoes...and both of them were returned with no problem. (actually replaced). I don't think I've purchased shoes from anywhere else since we started going there.

The prices can be a tad much and the store is usually crowded, but if offers shoes for every need. The employees are very helpful.
I love Love love this place. They always have this deal where you buy one pair of shoes and get the other pair half off. Me and my man sometimes go here and get us a fresh pair of kicks for the low. He buys his and gets mine half off So we can get us both a pair of Nikes for $100 or sometimes even less.
