Ordered our food thirty minutes ahead and once we arrived the order had not been entered at all. They had us sitting there 20 minutes before they realized their mistake. Plus fyi the restaurant only has a grade of 85.
The food was very good. We had the sausage magnifico and it was delicious. The waitress was very friendly. The only issue we had was the length of time we had to wait to be seated. Other than that I highly recommend
A good place to eat in or have delivered
I love Marco's, don't get me wrong, however this particular store is one I will never go to or order from again. I used to get my pizza from the one on 96, but after we moved, we couldn't get delivery to our new place from that one. So we decided to try the one on Russell. First time they forgot part of my order. I'm easy going so no biggie right? I call the store only to get a rude and huffy employee. I told him the situation and he asked for my order number. I didn't know which number it was on the receipt, and I ended off reading the wrong number, the employee responding with, "That's the store number, ma'am." In a rude and sarcastic voice before going, "okay, just tell me your address??" I honestly was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt so I ignored the rudeness and they came back with the rest of my order. I have given them multiple chances after that, constantly getting messed up orders or something missing. I'd much rather drive to the other Marco's instead of dealing with this bs ever again.
