Our pizza was delivered so quickly! We ordered twice from this Domino's while staying in GA and both times our pizza was delivered in under 10 minutes. Andrea, the girl who delivered our pizza, was so nice and friendly. The only problem was once when we called to place an order they said they didn't know where our hotel was, even after we gave them the address. We ended up placing an order online.
Rude lady on phone used the pizza tracker at 8:42pm pizza left from domino witch was 1.5miles from hotel I was staying at, 5min drive at 9:20pm I call to ask where my pizza is and get told it would be 40-50min no matter how close deliver was, and when asking why I was told it just depended on how many pizza he had to deliver. She couldn't even give me a time as to how much longer it would be. My daughter who was hungry for once, didn't underatand why i had her get out of the pool so early if the pizza wasnt on its way!!! Pizza was warm at best and i could tell it had been done for awhile probably since 8:42pm!! Man arrived and told me he just left the place 5min ago!! I tipped the gentleman, because I didn't feel it was his fault! However in the future I will not order from them!! Witch is just terrible because I am from our of town but come to this area about twice a month.
I love love love dominoes pizza. They are the absolute best!! Yummy yummy to my tummy. I love ordering online. Its so simple plus I get a free pizza after earning 60 points with each delivery I order online giving me 10 points! They have cheap prices too. Best pizza house in town. Highly recommended.
Disappointed ratings can't be set to negative five stars. Ordered delivery for an apartment complex two blocks away I had just moved into. Almost weekly customer as I work on the block between here and the store. Was told they would not deliver to this area as it's considered unsafe. Asked why they won't deliver two blocks away at 5pm on a Monday if I stood on the corner and waited, and was told my neighbors may rob them. Called corporate, and asked a bored sounding customer service agent why their store was located in a high crime area they won't deliver to. Was told the manager of the store would call me to "Discuss their delivery policy." Underwhelmed by the complete lack of customer service. Good to know what they think of their customers. Won't be eating Dominos again. Anywhere.
