I recently took my wedding set to Satterfield & Dempsey Jewelers to have it resized, polished, and soldered together. After 10 days of being without it I got the phone call to pick it up. It was not at all what I asked for. One ring was gold, and one ring was white gold. They apologized and told me they would take care of it by plating the gold ring in white gold to match the other. After a few more days went by, it was "ready". When I got there it looked exactly the same. 2 different color rings. I explained to the worker (who was extremely rude, named Olivia) that it was not what I asked for, again. She gave me terrible customer service, an attitude, and was extremely unapologetic stating she thought I wanted the ring 2 toned. After arguing back and forth I left yet again, with no ring. I got a call back within an hour saying it was finished and i got back A "white gold plated" ring with a huge spot of gold and terrible solder work. How can they call this finished? Needless to say my family and friends have said they won't be going there. I am very disappointed in the work they did on my wedding ring. I don't think I would be this upset if it were any other ring, but this is a symbol of my marriage that I should be proud to look at. And unfortunately right now I am not.
This place has better quality stones than anybody. Negotiate! Limited selection of men's wedding bands.
