Made sure all my questions were answered and explained everything to me prior to work being done. No surprised at the end and my car looked better than when I bought it!
I've taken my cars to Gore's for years and they will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy with their service.
How this shop is still in business is beyond me. Complete incompetence from the manager. Did not communicate any status to customer. Rather had to call each time for an update. Had car there for a repaint and after 6 weeks, no action. Do.not use this place!! Sheer stupidity!

Called to get some information and the guy was so rude. I called to ask about a basic paint job and his answer was it's too expensive, I don't even do them. Isn't this a paint shop?
The old one with yellow and ugly!!
My car has been wrecked a few years ago and the body shop that did the repairs left one old ugly headlight and replaced the broken one with a brand new headlight.
