Spent way to much of my time to get Lowe's to get their online ordering process correct.
AWESOME store managers and associates who are very personable.. Always willing to assist and have been a great supporter. They are all jewels.
They had to have had the site set up by a HS team and taht is putting down the HS.
I have tried to order online so many tines, from both stores!
Home Depot online ordering in minutes. Conformation Emil before I back out of the online site.
Picked out a bunch of lumber several employees walked past me didn't say a word. Go to get lumber cut, oh sorry are saw is down. Billion dollar company and saw doesn't work. Take another one out of a box. I wouldn't have been so mad if someone would said something before I loaded all that lumber. I will never be back, Home Depot is across the street. I will go there from now on.
The good news is the Home Depot is right next door! They have way more staff and are a lot more friendly!

This lowes has one of the most helpful employees around. They has a great selection of everything you need. Highly recommend this place
Bought a extended warranty a year ago on a pressure washer, went in today to have it replaced the first thing out of the lady at customer service "Carolyn" was that it would have to be sent out for service. I tried to explain that this had never been the case with other purchases I had made in the past when I had bought a extended warranty. If for some reason you get this lady at the customer service desk just ask for a manager to come help you. Once I got somebody else over to help me they took care of it. Eric was the one that took care of it and made it right he gets 5 stars. Not sure why somebody that has this kind of attitude would be your company's "customer service rep"
