This company was recommended by a coworker who had used them several times without a complaint. Thomas was sent to my home to take measurements and start working on an estimate. He said in a couple days I'd have an estimate. Five phone calls (made by me) and several weeks later, I was told no one was available to do the shower drain pan for my master bathroom remodel. I now have several weeks down the drain due to their lack of effort in customer service on top of another couple of months down the drain because my previous contractor went broke and walked away from the job a few days in. I have one working bathroom for my family and am severely disappointed with what Universal Contractors clearly feels is adequate service.
