I had a bad experience! I payed for furniture to have delivered. The day of delivery (Tues.) I called several times to follow up and make sure everything was on schedule of which they said yes! ! At any rate, they forgot or was too busy to deliver. I even waited to 8pm; they never showed. I called the next day (Wednesday) of which they informed me it would have to be Thursday because they don't deliver on Wed! They finally delivered on Thursday 10 minutes befor 6p.m and had this mad look on their face as if it was my fault! Overall bad experience but I do like my furniture. To add, also experienced bad customer service when I arrived, no one greeted me until 5 minutes after being there, and had to ask him questions!
