Easy to buy furniture. Nice people.
For the last 8 years, I have purchased all of my furniture from Badcock (different locations). I have never experience such horrible customer service but the one in Warner Robins is terrible. I have walked in twice and both times, I was in the store for 10-15 minutes before anyone acknowledge me or asked me did I need help. There is a cow bell on the door so the excuse that they dont hear is not valid. The last time, I was the only customer in the store and it still took 15 minutes for someone to ask if I needed help. By that time, I was only looking at the options so I can know what to call and purchase from Macon

In terms of furniture selection, its nice. When it comes to customer service, they really need to work on that.
Absolute waste of time to go this store... I don't appreciate having dumb as a rock lady in back act like I was as asking her to walk on water or any other miracle... I don't care for delivery guy stuffing his face with subway sandwich and giggling. I will never darken their doorway again. I would recommend the salvation army store over this place. They seem to be more interested in the almighty dollar than anything else. Do not waste your time with this store. That's what I tell everyone I know. This store deserves to go out of business...
