This will definitely be my last time visiting this establishment. Called first and was told no appt was needed for my brake service. When I arrived I was told I need an appt. I was given a quote before I left 129.00 and scheduled a 1:00 appt. When I arrive the tell me that the service will be alot more expensive. That's bad business my time is very valuable and I have wasted a whole day. And it's your job to be accurate when giving a quote. That's the purpose of giving the make and model of your car. This place is very unorganized so I see why they have so many bad reviews
Never again will I take my car here. Great customer service but mechanics don't know what they're doing. I sat there and watch them misdiagnosed 3 cars back to back. And when they looked at my car they didn't even put all the bolts back on but wanted to charge me $50 to tell me what was wrong. I called Valley Automotive and got my car taken care of that day and for much cheaper. Do not take your car to Precision.
Great place to go for repairs, they'll take care of your car and try to keep the price down. Their warranty is excellent, too - when my car started leaking oil after going to their shop, they sent a tow truck and fixed it by the next day free of charge. I only took off a star because the original repairs on my car took a few days longer than the original estimate and it was difficult to get in touch with them during those few days while checking on the status of the repairs.
