I typically only use them for oil change because of the long wait for any other service they offer. They do ask if you are going to stay for the oil change or pick it up later and make sure they try to work semi quickly if you plan on waiting.
I am always wary of shops and mechanics who prey on the consumer. Many wish to gouge and take advantage of those who truly need help. I took my Chrysler Town and Country for service due to the gauges and dash instruments failing to work. The entire crew were very accommodating with their fast and friendly service, especially Will, who is a very skilled and knowledgeable auto technician. Their honesty and willingness to do the best job for me is the reason I will always take my vehicles to this location for service and repair.
