I have been a Toyota driver since ~ 1980. First 2 were Corollas - recently got my 3rd Camry. Was considering a different dealership this time just to be closer to home. After test driving their comparable car & then a new Camry, I knew I would only be satisfied with another Camry! Also love my dealership in Warner Robins, GA - they're the best! (Both my boys also have Toyota trucks.)
This is a great place to buy a vehicle! My husband and I drove from Valdosta to Warner Robins to get the vehicle I wanted. I worked most of everything out on the phone and when I got there, everything went so smoothly! I have never had a car dealership experience quite like this one. There was NO pressure and they made sure I was happy with what I drove off the lot with. They didn't try to push me into something I didn't want. I would recommend anyone to this establishment. Everyone from the salesmen to the management were exceptional. It may be a two hour drive, but it's totally worth it! I will definitely be giving them my business when I get another Toyota down the line!
Great customer service in Sales. I did not end up purchasing a car but the sales advisor that assisted us was Joseph S. He was very informative and provided detailed information that we were looking for based on the weight of a vehicle. He was not pushy at all like many sales advisors that I've dealt with at other places. I really appreciated that. I'll be back if I end up getting a Toyota for any reason.
I have been using this service department for 25+ years and would and do highly recommend it to my family and friends. Service staff is always professional and helpful. I feel the prices are reasonable. If they check your vehicle and cannot find a problem you do not get charged - how cool is that? Kudos to Robbie Mears who has gone above and beyond to help me out even when I was 1000+ miles from home. He is the best at customer service.
I really had a great experience with Lowe Toyota. I wasn't hounded when I first walked in and when I was ready, Sam helped me close the deal on a great Toyota Tacoma. He was beyond professional and open and honest from the start. I would recommend him to anyone and am glad that they hire people like him. They really make the difference when buying a new car or truck.
