I had the best customer service ever. Mr. Adrian Robinson was very professional in answering all of my unanswered questions. He also made sure that the price stayed within my budget with up front quotes. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle all the way down to engine parts. Let me start by saying I have mixed feelings when I put together this review. My original reason for my visit was a warranty recall on my truck. I asked for another service to be provided and there was some breakdown in communication. If there’s anything for me to complain about it would have to be a lack of consistent communication with the customer.
I only gave 4 stars due to the pressure the finance manager put on me concerning GAP coverage. I did not appreciate how that part of the sale was handled. I was very offended and unsettled with that aspect.

That being said, when I expressed my concerns about the service I received everyone from the front line telephone operator to the customer service director demonstrated the highest level of empathy and professionalism in hearing my concerns and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue.
