The vet and the techs are really nice, but the woman working the registration desk is one of the most rudest people I have ever met. I also don't like how small the lobby is especially when it's full of people and dogs. It's just a big dog fight waiting to happen
They went above and beyond for our dog. When he had complications after surgery, Dr. Hill came in on his day off and tended to him. Linda kept me in the loop and was there to answer my questions day and night, and provided assurance every step of the way. These people have a way with animals and they truly do provide great care. I wish I had the opportunity to thank everyone at southwood for playing such a large part in saving my sweet pups life.
Great service! Registered my fur baby there back in February and we've been happy ever since. Completed all of his puppy shots there and plan to get him neutered there as well. They also have boarding services $16/night. Workers are great with the animals and patient with owners those experienced and new to the pet world. I like how small and intimate the place is. You'll get to know everyone on a first name basis in no time.
The best animal hospital I have ever been to. Dr.Lewis and her staff are the nicest and most caring vet I've ever been to. I can not say enough good things about the way they took care of my Sadie. Thanks for all y'all do there!!
