They atmosphere was so relaxing
Last Friday, 6/30/17 and today 7/7/17 I went to Real spa for a manicure.... Austin was the manicurist both times. Those are the best manicures I've ever gotten! I will be requesting her from now on. My nails look terrific. She pays attention to detail, gives her undivided attention to her customer and is efficient with time. Thanks Austin!
If i could have given them no stars i would have, this is because this is the rudest most incompetent salon I have ever experienced. I got chipped gel polish after only a couple hours, they tried to charge me to fix it, once I got them to agree to fix their mistake, they had an attitude with me and then decided they didn't want to fix it. Now I am trying to contact the owner just because I believe I at least deserve my money back for the manicure. My husband is in the military and I worked hard for my money and i deserve to get it back so I can get my nails fixed. Please don't go to this spa, they are rude and incompetent.
Nice and relaxing. No television, but ask the ladies were all American and spoke English. I still had issues get my point across.
