Our original property managing company was horrendous. We changed to Ashley and could not be happier. Her communication is exemplary. She showed utmost professionalism throughout a challenging renter situation, and has continually kept us up-to-date on all our renter and homeowner needs. They have truly been a gift for our family.
Wouldn't even give them one star if I didn't have to just to write this review. We applied for a rental property and were told that they could work with us on our credit- My score was 4 points below their requirement as I am actively in the process of trying to rebuild my credit. We have more than sufficient income, and the appropriate rental recommendations. We paid our application fee only to be denied on the basis of 'not meeting their credit minimum'. WHAT A SCAM!!!! Our denial email was completely impersonal and void of any human emotion what-so-ever. Not even a fake apology, or a generic "best wishes" .. nothing other than "thanks for your application fee, we appreciate you purchasing coffee and toilet paper for the office" basically. The woman tasked with emailing me and telling me to go screw myself couldn't even be bothered to discuss discrepancies with me, or to tell me where they pulled my consumer report from. I had to do my own digging to figure that out. I guess if you have great credit and are looking for a place to rent you could give Golden Key a chance, but I'll tell everyone I know whether they want to rent or buy to steer clear of this place. My credit score wont be low for long, and we'll be looking to purchase- I'll make sure to not step foot in a Golden Key property.
