Not only do I have the best mail carrier today Sept-15-17 I went to this location to re new a passport. Everyone helped me from the form to pictures and money order. I love the straightforward approach and I'm glad to have a great team right around the corner from my house! Thank you!
The worst experience I've had. I usually don't do ratings. Majority of the time I don't have a problem with the location on Russell. Today I had an encounter with Barbara. Very rude....... I explained that I was going out of town and I needed to come pick up my package. I've never had a problem doing this until today. I order thru USPS all the time. Mind you, it's early in the AM the drivers are still there. Her customer service skills are horrible. She kept cutting me off and went on to say the employees could get fired for "helping their customers out." But if you read below, she went to someone house to deliver their package. It's a way to handle situations. Very unprofessional........ I will be calling the home office.
Went in to renew a passport the lady named Michelle Waters was rude as hell! Told me I needed to go online and schedule an appointment. She had an attitude when I ask for the website. I didn’t see any managers available tried to call no one answers the phones. I wanted to ask her did she know me with her stank attitude. She should have stayed home or find a different profession.
My mother sent my birthday present in a non flat rate box. Her non flat rate box and an actual flat rate box both left the same USPS office in western CO headed for my place in Warner Robins. While the flat rate box made it in two days, my mother's package did not. For three days the tracking said "in transit". Then three days of nothing. After that the word "delayed" was added and nothing more was heard about the package. I emailed USPS through their website and contacted as many people as I could. Mr. Moore and Mr. Blackshear were the two who replied and tried to remain in contact with me as their schedules changed. I did no have a happy birthday month, after having to put a pet down and getting in accident, and kind of took that frustrated stress out on anyone at USPS that I could get a hold of. These two gentlemen did not flinch. When my package finally arrived, inside an HAZMAT box, Mr. Moor called me. As it turns out Mr. Blackshear lives down the street from me. Mr. Moor and Mr. Blackshear worked it out so that Mr. Blackshear would personally deliver my package. Which he did. And though it was in a HAZMAT box, it was not damaged at all. Thank you Mr. Moore and Mr. Blackshear, you two have restored what faith I almost lost in the USPS.
WHY DOES NO ONE ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! I work M-F till 6:00 pm and need to talk to someone about a package i have being sent to me that could be going to the wrong location. I have called so many times over the last 3 hours. Beyond frustrating.
