West told me right up front when they could come to unclog my drain and they called and came when they said they would. Their technician Jeff Marsh came out and was very nice and professional. He told me up front what the cost would be. He completed the job and unclogged my drain. He left everything clean and in working order. It went exactly like I hoped it would. I'll call back next time.

I've called West Plumbing twice for emergency leaks in our yard; once on a Saturday and once after hours during the week. Scott was on call both times. On the phone, he always takes the time to listen to the problem and offer possible causes. Once on site, he explains everything in detail. He's very nice and professional and he does a great job!
