Attitude is the key! If you are rude then it wouldn't matter what kind of service they were do, you still wouldn't be happy or rate them high.
Vehicle pickup and drop-off went without any issues, however I was told when I booked the vehicle that there was no guarantee due to it being their busy season...

I was helped almost immediately when I walked to the front desk, I can't remember if his name.. something like Mark, Matt or Mike... anyway he was a younger guy. Very sweet and helpful when I had an issue (on my end not the fault of uhaul). Very thankful for the good customer service.
