Nurses blatantly lie to patients. Nurse Joyce speaks extremely harshly to patients and staff so frequently that patients and staff constantly complain about her.
It is a "psychiatric mill," thus rendering it ineffective. Copies of every signed or initialed paper should be made and given to the patients to keep. This web site should contain the rules, hours for visitation, phone numbers and privileges, activities and their hours, dinner times, staff names and their shifts and hours, so that families can access this information. Also, this site needs to be more accessible to the public.
