i called this company for an electrical repair friday june 16 2017 for an electrical repair i was told that they were tied up and i should call them back monday...i called them back monday june 19th at 6:53a.m. and asked if they could do my repair... this is a direct quote...oh no we cant...at that point i said thank you goodbye... after steaming for a few minutes i sent a text to the company that read as follows...i really appreciate waiting 2 full days for nothing you will not be reccomended to anyone by me....... this company should have just said no were not gonna do your repair ...instead of coming here and looking at the problem making it seem like they would fix the problem... i am going to contact the better business bureau... after my text the proprieter called me back...i think youve got me mistaken for someone else...at that point i ask are you not amj electric... he said yes i am then says look buddy i know your upset but i told you june 10th ...at that i responded you didnt say anything about june 10th... he started saying something else but i responded ill call the better business bureau if i have too..he said go ahead and then i goodbye and hung the phone up...
