I had the best shopping experience ever! After visiting another popular shop and feeling overwhelmed, it was so nice to get such helpful service. Let me just say, Rochelle is amazing! I absolutely loved the one on one help she gave me. She may come on a little strong with her honesty, but if you just keep an open mind you'll end up with THE PERFECT dress. She takes your likes and dislikes about a dress and makes it into "the one". She's honest when it comes to telling you what type of dress fits your body type. It may seem frustrating trying on all sorts of dresses that you may not particularly like, but whatever parts you like about certain dresses, she WILL FIND a dress with all those likes you have. Trust her, she's got this!!
I went to this store based on the reviews here on Google. Our experience was nothing like the others described. From the moment we walked in the representative working treated us like we were idiots and had to no idea what we were really looking for. Being the Mom of several teenage & adult daughters, I can say this wasn't my first "rodeo" dress shopping. However, when I told my daughter that the dress she was looking at was too low cut for her, the shop keeper said, "Mom, that's the style these days and is completely normal. If you want your daughter to fit in then she needs low cut in the front & back!" This was just one occasion where the representative "assured" me that I didn't know what I wanted or what was best for my own child. Her arrogance drove me out of the store. To further confirm that I will never step foot in this store again, she chose to insult and put down other dress shops in the area before we left. A good business never has to resort to insults of other business owners if their own business is strong. This just further proved that I needed to look elsewhere to take my business. She may have had what we wanted and we were looking for, but the representative's attitude was so misplaced that I couldn't stand being in the store, and I certainly didn't need a stranger telling me what my own child needed to wear to "fit in".
Rochelle was AMAZING! We went to at least three other stores and could not find what we were looking for... and to be honest, we were not sure what we working looking for... just a large suit for my dad for my wedding. She was so nice and knowledgeable. She was very helpful! We described what we wanted and she found it right away. We had to special order what we needed, but it only took one day. I strongly recommend at least give Mrs. Rochelle a try.
It had lots of nice dresses. We went homecoming dress shopping there. However there were no prices on the dresses which made us think it was to expensive to shop there and plus my girls didn't see anything they really liked.
I arrived at 130, not on a holiday, to find that the shop was empty and door locked. I'm not sure if they even want the business from my upcoming wedding or anybody's business for that matter. I have called once and it rang but was disconnected after 3 rings. The second time I called it went straight to voicemail. Needless to say I won't be coming here to shop.
