My state agency has negotiated contracts with more than one vendor through which employees can rent vehicles for business travel. Nearly six years ago, my initial choice was and still is Enterprise-Rent-A-Car.
I have been using Enterprise Rental for years and this is one of my favorite locations. They always have great customer service with a friendly smile. My cars is always ready and they make returning my car very easy. I would recommend this Enterprise location to anybody.
The level of attention to detail and quality customer service has always been top notch. This type professionalism and care has been consistently used and applied even in instances of non-ideal situations beyond their control.
I was put in a dilemma due to a breakdown and this location was great to deal with considering I had already been having a bad day! Courtney the manager was amazing to work with went above and beyond what I felt she needed to do and was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this location to anyone using Enterprise in this area.
Sometimes, with all the unavoidable rigor and stress of life, it's good to have a venue where they know you by name, are always happy to see you, and treat you like royalty. I receive that through this company, and particularly with the current staff at the Watson Blvd location.
22Nov17- Terrible customer service on the part of all staff answering phones ~1145 this morning. Kept transferring me from one person to the next, giving out incorrect information, and overall uncaring to my need for service during a family medical emergency requiring a rental car service. Was on hold for 15 minutes....funny that when in store face to face, I get put on standby for people who call in. Good job guys and gals.
Customer service was great! Everyone was polite and eager to help. They were very patient with me while I attended to a situation with my credit card. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is due to the lack of vehicle inventory at the time. Also, Megan called to let me know that my deposit refund had been processed. I will definitely use them again!
