Lady was short and rude over the phone and acted like I was wasting her time . I'm a dealer and I was trying to help a customer find out what was going on with their title and tag. Typical dmv staff.
Moves alot faster than they use too
Jenny was very friendly and helpful. She answered every question and told me things I did not think to ask. There was not really a line, only one number ahead of me, but I did not wait more than about a minute (literally) before it was called.
What a pleasant surprise. The service was excellent and I was not in there 15 minutes total. I have not been in the tag office in years and it is much improved. Great job!
